One person killed in traffic accident on Banja Luka - Laktaši expressway, prosecutor at the scene

(Patria) - The Banja Luka-Laktaši expressway, from the camera in Zalužani onwards, remains closed, with the duty prosecutor at the scene and an investigation underway.

Readers report that traffic is still being diverted to the old road via Kuljani, and that there are huge traffic jams.

From the Banja Luka Police Administration, they told "Nezavisne" that the accident occurred around 5 PM, on the section of the main road Banja Luka-Laktaši in the place Novakovići (from the direction of Laktaši) and that one Audi vehicle was involved.

Unofficially, Nezavisne learns that one person was killed.

The duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka is conducting an investigation together with police officers of the Banja Luka Police Administration. More information will be known upon completion of the investigation.
