The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, better known as William and Kate, headed to Christmas Mass this morning with their children, Prince George (3) and Princess Charlotte (1).
William and Kate decided to deviate from tradition and instead of joining the extended royal family for the traditional Mass at Sandringham, they joined Kate's family in her hometown of Bucklebury.
The young royal couple will spend the holidays with Kate's parents, Michael and Carol Middleton, at their estate in Bucklebury.
On their way to the 12th-century St. Mark's Church in Englefield, they were joined by Kate's parents, as well as her brother James and sister Pippa with her fiancé.
This is the second time the royal couple has spent Christmas holidays with the Middletons.
Kate and William brought the children to church Mass this time, another deviation from protocol – something that would not be considered usual at Sandringham.
This is the first time Prince George and Princess Charlotte have attended a Christmas Mass.
