Winterhana market & fun zone opened ceremonially at Bjelašnica

(Patria) - The cultural and sports event called "Telemach Winterhana market & fun zone" was ceremonially opened for the first time at Bjelašnica, which will, over the next two months, offer all visitors top-notch entertainment with rich sports, gastro, and recreational content, intended for the whole family.

At the very beginning of the opening ceremony, the attendees were greeted and welcomed by the Mayor of Trnovo Municipality, Ibro Berilo, which is one of the patrons of the event.

"This international, internationally known ski resort is part of our local community, and we are making selfless efforts to restore its former glory, and the results of our work are already evident. Together with the Government of Sarajevo Canton, ZOI 84, and other institutions, Trnovo Municipality is doing everything to make this area and the ski resort itself, as projects of public interest, not only for the local community but also for the Canton, and thus for the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a modern winter center," said Berilo.

On behalf of the Tourist Board of Sarajevo Canton, which is also one of the patrons, Adisa Kušundžija, PR of the Tourist Board of KS, addressed the visitors, inviting the public to spend their free time at Bjelašnica as part of the winter tourist season.

"Winterhana, the opening of the winter tourist season, are just some of the projects that the Tourist Board of KS gladly supports. We strive to make your stay in Sarajevo Canton as good as possible with as much content as possible, and we hope you will enjoy both Bjelašnica and Sarajevo Canton during the upcoming holidays," said Kušundžija.

Nerves Alispahić, Director of ZOI '84, which is a partner of the event, stated that they will continue to support such and similar projects aimed at promoting Bjelašnica mountain in the future, and that ZOI '84 will always be with all those who decide to contribute to Bjelašnica in any way.

Fahrudin Solak, Director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration, which is also a partner of the event, invited all attendees to visit their tent and learn about their activities, and that in the coming days they can register on their online web service "Volunteer Register" if they wish to be part of the Federal Civil Protection Administration family.

After the official part ended, visitors had the opportunity to have fun with DJ RIO and DJ Katze.
