Skiing possible on Bjelašnica today: Accommodation capacities for Christmas and New Year almost full

Conditions for an early start to the ski season on Bjelašnica favored ZOI'84. Most of the slope is already artificially snow-covered, and today skiing enthusiasts have the opportunity to descend the slopes, Patria reports.

From Saturday, December 17, 2016, skiing will be possible on the BX ski lift every day from 08:00 to 16:00. Seasonal ski passes will be valid, while until the official opening, daily tickets will cost 20KM. Night skiing will also be open 4 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), with a ticket price of 20KM. As in previous years, seasonal ski passes are not valid for night sessions – note from ZOI'84.

Today on Bjelašnica, despite the fact that skiing is possible, there is no excessive crowd. Suad Jusić from KJP ZOI'84 says that the official winter season will open on December 24, with part of the program also on December 23.

- Particularly high interest in staying on Bjelašnica has been expressed for Christmas and New Year. Accommodation capacities are almost full, and we are just waiting for larger amounts of snow to prepare the slopes as best as possible. Today's skiing is made possible thanks to the great efforts of the Ski Center staff who managed to provide the conditions – says Jusić.

Thanks to the delivered equipment, the ZOI'84 company team will be able to offer much more than last year. There has been a reorganization, and all Baby lifts have been moved to Malo polje, which is planned to be a family picnic area.
