At 100% of polling stations, ballot box was shown as empty before their opening

At this moment, the Coalition Under the Magnifying Glass is reporting to the public that 98.7% of the Coalition's civic observers are at designated polling stations and have been granted unimpeded access. Less than 2% of observers were denied access for the following reasons: not being allowed to enter the polling station before 7 AM, problems with accreditation, and insufficient communication between certain Municipal Election Commissions and the Central Election Commission, reports the BH News Agency Patria. 

"According to the initial reports from our observers, at 10.2% of polling stations, not all members of the polling station committees were present, with slightly fewer in Republika Srpska (6.2%). At 97.7% of polling stations, ballots were counted manually, and at 6.9% of polling stations, a lack of specific election materials was observed.

Regarding the timely opening of polling stations, 67.5% of polling stations opened at 7 AM, and 94.6% of polling stations opened by 7:15 AM, which indicates the good technical preparation of polling station committees for election day. At 100% of polling stations, the ballot box was shown as empty before the polling stations were opened. 

Based on these results, we conclude that election day at most polling stations began in accordance with the Election Law and regulations, it was announced by the Coalition 'Under the Magnifying Glass'.
