(Patria) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of BiH condemned the address by the Permanent Representative of BiH to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva, Ambassador Bojan Vujić, at the session of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
The claims made by Ambassador Vujić do not represent the state's position but an abuse of position, the MFA of BiH stated.
"Vujić's statements or any similar personal addresses cannot harm the reputation and image of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as evidenced by numerous reactions of surprise received regarding such a statement, which is degrading to Ambassador Vujić's personal dignity, and which were sent by officials and friends of our country.
His address speaks about him personally, and not about the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH, led by Minister Elmedin Konaković, has succeeded in sending the right messages and delivering the truth about the progress Bosnia and Herzegovina has made in the last year, and therefore no malicious disinformation can affect the positive processes that are underway," announced the Public Relations Office of the MFA of BiH.
