Muzur Awarded Highest Recognition by the Federal Civil Protection Administration

(Patria) - At the ceremony marking the International Civil Protection Day, which gathered numerous guests from the field of protection and rescue, an award ceremony was held at the premises of the Federal Civil Protection Administration for the most deserving individuals, collectives, companies, and associations.



The Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, Nermin Muzur, as the Commander of the Civil Protection Staff, a true leader in community service, was awarded the Civil Protection Plaque, the highest individual recognition from the Federal Civil Protection Administration for achievements in organizing, equipping, and strengthening the system for the protection and rescue of people and property from natural and other disasters in FBiH.

This exceptional achievement confirms his dedication and tireless efforts to improve safety standards, and the recognition places him among the most distinguished recipients.



- This recognition confirms the continuous effort and testifies to the success and quality of work of the Civil Protection Staff units of Ilidža Municipality, which, together with me, have successfully navigated numerous challenges in the previous period. In this short time, we have managed to organize and materially-technically equip the civil protection structures.

We are certainly one of the best-equipped civil protection services when we talk about local communities. I believe that one of the greatest acts of patriotism today is to build and empower civil protection structures - said the Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, Nermin Muzur.



The awards, presented by the Federal Civil Protection Staff of FBiH, represent a special honor for those who have contributed to the safety and protection of citizens through their work.

In addition, the collective plaque of the FBiH Civil Protection Staff was awarded to the Ilidža Mountain Rescue Service, and a collective commendation was given to JP Ilidža, and an individual commendation to Senaid Tursunović, Executive Director of JP Ilidža.
