Muzaferija finally gets diplomatic passport: Easier way to Oslo

(Patria) - The best BiH skier Elvedina Muzaferija has finally received a diplomatic passport, which will facilitate her travels.

"The trip to Oslo is much easier with a diplomatic passport," Muzaferija briefly wrote along with a photo in which she is holding the passport.

Earlier, Muzaferija complained that other skiers pass border crossings more easily and without additional checks, and that a diplomatic passport would greatly ease her job.

Otherwise, the double super-G program in Val di Fassa, Italy, was canceled due to heavy snow, and there will likely be no make-up races because there is no time or space, as the season is nearing its end, which will create problems for the skiers.

"We are disappointed because the cancellation of these races definitely complicates our job of qualifying for the final in the Super-G discipline. We also understand that skiing is such a sport and that we cannot change anything. It is also true that the organizers did their best to prepare the track, but it could not be brought to a level where it would be safe and fair for all competitors," stated the Bosnian-Herzegovinian team with a message:

"Of course, there is still a chance that one Super-G will be moved to Kvitfjell, which most competitors would want. Even if that doesn't happen, Elvedina is ready to give her best in the remaining Super-G race in Norway, and with a little luck, qualify for the discipline final in Saalbach."
