Muzaferija announces pursuit of points in downhill with good training

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Tomorrow, the World Cup race in alpine skiing will be held in Val d'Isere, France, featuring our best skier Elvedina Muzaferija, who recently achieved a historic placement for BiH skiing by securing an excellent 18th position in the super-G.

Today, the second official training session was held on the slopes of the French ski resort, and Muzaferija's result signals a fight for new points, writes Patria.

Although training results do not necessarily indicate the actual situation and capabilities, a deficit of 2:30 and a 36th position are promising for Muzaferija.

Otherwise, the fastest in today's training was Mirjam Puchner from Austria, second was Italy's Sofia Goggia, while the training was completed in third place by Corinne Suter from Switzerland.

The race is scheduled to start at 10:30 AM.
