Mustafa Hebib led ON1 to success

(Patria) - Following success at the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Championship, where ON1 Judo Club was the club with the most medals won at that championship - a total of 25 medals - ON1 achieved new success seven days later at the BiH Championship in Bihać.

Mustafa Hebib, a member of ON1 Judo Club, won the title of national champion, and with his victory in one of the most numerous and strongest categories, he confirmed his quality and contributed to winning the trophy for third place in the overall club standings, out of a total of 46 clubs that participated in the BiH Championship, it was announced from ON1 Judo Club.

The trophy for the most successful team at the 2019 National Championship in Bihać went to Judo Club Borsi from Mostar.

Ali Handan won the title of vice-champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina, winning a silver medal in a close final match in which he showed the competitive qualities he possesses.

Competitor Lejla Karić won a bronze medal in her first appearance at the National Championship, and ON1 emphasizes that the bronze medal won is an additional incentive for this young competitor.

"These successes are a confirmation of the correct and quality work in the club, as well as the commitment of the club's management and the support of our friends, partners, and sponsors who follow us on our journey," said Karim Hebib, coach and president of ON1 Club.

"The media attention that ON1 Judo Club receives is an additional motivation for young competitors to work diligently and achieve results," added Hebib.

This sports collective faces a long season with further competitions at home and abroad, European Cups, European and World Judo Championships, as well as preparations in European and Asian Judo Centers, it was announced from ON1 Club.
