The first guidance that Allah (SWT) sent to the Prophet was the surah "Iqra", which directs people to learn, to read.

The Night of Qadr is hidden in the last ten days of the month of Ramadan, but according to the widespread opinion, it is the 27th night of Ramadan. According to the belief of Muslims, the Night of Qadr is a night more valuable than a thousand months.

Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina mark the 27th night with celebrations, especially the youth who visit mosques where dhikr is performed, glorifying Allah (SWT) until the early morning hours. Bosnian women clean their homes and prepare the most delicious meals.

The Islamic Community in BiH will organize a central ceremony tonight, after the tarawih prayer, at the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque in Sarajevo. The sermon will be delivered by the Rais al-ulama of the Islamic Community in BiH, Husein ef. Kavazović, and at the end of the program, the Qadr prayer will be recited.

Dhikr on the Night of Qadr at the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, starting at one hour after midnight, will be led by the former deputy Rais al-ulama, hafiz Ismet ef. Spahić.
