This morning at 8 AM, employees of the Islamic Community Council Banja Luka opened the Council building to carry out daily tasks, after which an unknown person entered the building with a wooden club and smashed the glass on the interior doors, reported Mina, according to the Patria News Agency.
The case was reported to the police, who reacted promptly and apprehended the perpetrator. According to a statement from the Banja Luka Public Security Center (CJB), the individual is a person with mental health issues.
