Mušić Urges FBiH Government to Urgently Submit Laws on Veterans to Parliamentary Procedure

Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Mušić sent an urgent request to the FBiH Government to submit the Draft Law on the Rights of Demobilized Soldiers and Members of Their Families to the parliamentary procedure by June 29.

Minister for Veterans Salko Bukvarević submitted the Draft Law to the Government at the end of last week. Former soldiers who are in the Camp in Sarajevo have announced new protests if the conclusions of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament from May 23 are not respected, when veterans protested all day in front of the FBiH Parliament building.

Mušić stated that an emergency session will be scheduled for July 10, at which the Draft Law on Veterans' Associations of Special Social Significance should also be considered.
