Muriz Memić: No giving up!

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - I want to do something we haven't been allowed to do for four years. I want to wish Munevera a happy birthday. It was yesterday, and I want everyone to wish her a happy birthday. You don't know what would have happened if anyone had tried to wish her a happy birthday. Because, on February 7th, the day before, he took out money and told me to take him to lunch. And on February 8th, he left and never came back, said Muriz Memić, at the protests on the fourth anniversary of his son Dženan's murder.

"I demand that this country investigate this case. This country has spent a million on false investigations, all to satisfy the whims of Dalida Burzić and her associates. We will never give up: If it weren't for me and Ifet, Dženan would have been 'hit by a car'," Memić points out.

"I think I have done this in the best possible way so far, by listening to Ifet, the law, and the Constitution of this country. But this country is working against me and all of us. For the second time in four years, an acquittal. Burzić's wish was to resolve this in court. But she didn't count on an honest judge like Igor Todorović. A target was placed on his head, and now they are persecuting him. The KS Prosecutor's Office, Sabina Sarajlija, an extension of Dalida Burzić, who is not up to this position, placed that target on his head. She continues to do what Dalida left her in trust. Todorović restored faith and hope in the judiciary. He did not succumb for a single moment. Even for the first verdict, Burzić told him that she would write the verdict, that he just had to read it, that he had to convict the Seferovićs," points out the father of Dženan Memić.

He added that he will nominate Igor Todorović for the April 6th Award next year.

"I told the Deputy Mayor Milan Trivić that I will reach out to him so that the April 6th Award is given to Igor Todorović next year. We need more Igors," Memić points out.

According to him, Milan Tegeltija is officially supported.

"Dalida Burzić enjoys the protection of Tegeltija, Ružica Jukić, Jadranka Misiraća, Berina Alihodžić. Step down, resign. I know I have taken on the state, but I will not back down. I have taken on the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FUP. Don't turn a blind eye to me, Sead Kreštalica and Meris Ćato," says the father of Dženan Memić.

He adds that everyone who participated in the fabrication of the process has been rewarded.

Memić thanked the student organization that supported the protests.

"Doctor Kemal Dizdarević was the first to speak out and said that they asked him to change his findings, in which he stated that Alisa Mutap does not have amnesia. He is the first to speak out, I hope others will start speaking out too," said Muriz Memić.

He stated that he does not feel safe.

"There is a party secret police, they are following us every step of the way," added Memić.

"I received a recording from the Mutap family's house, where Alisa says, 'How do you know a car hit us?'", added Muriz Memić, noting that he is not bothered by the killers, but by Dalida Burzić and the judiciary.

"I know where the killers are, and I can solve it myself, but I want the Prosecutor's Office to handle it. I am saying once again, I will take justice into my own hands. There will be more protests, and I will invite you again to give me your support, and many citizens have started to join. I expect your support for our children and all of us. There is no giving up," said Muri Memić, at the end of the 19th protest.
