RS Ministry of Interior distances itself: Republika Srpska does not have the capacity to accept migrants

(Patria) - The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska is actively monitoring the situation with the migrant crisis and is taking measures to adequately respond to the increased influx of migrants, all with the aim of maintaining a favorable security situation, it was announced today from the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"Bosnia and Herzegovina institutions still do not have a strategic approach to solving the problem of migrants in BiH, and it is unlikely they will find a quick and adequate solution that will resolve the arrival of migrants who have set off from Turkey these days. We remind you that the position of the Government of Republika Srpska is that Republika Srpska does not have the capacity to organize reception centers for migrants on its territory," stated the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs.
