Canton Sarajevo MUP: We will undertake all legally prescribed measures to protect security and preserve public order and peace

(Patria) - The Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of Sarajevo Canton (KS) issued a statement regarding information that protests will be held in Sarajevo today as well.

They informed citizens that police officers will undertake all legally prescribed measures to protect the security of all participants and preserve public order and peace.

The Police Administration of the Sarajevo Canton MUP states that it respects and supports citizens' right to peaceful assembly and expression of views.

"We call on all participants to contribute to the preservation of public order and peace with their behavior, not to fall for any provocations, and to show responsibility and mutual respect," the Sarajevo Canton MUP stated.
