SARAJEVO, (Patria) - On the occasion of the central event marking the anniversary of the "Igman March", which will be organized by the Association of Anti-Fascists and Fighters of the National Liberation War (NOR) at the Veliko Polje site on Igman, and based on the decision of the Ministry of Transport of Sarajevo Canton, on January 25, 2020, there will be a temporary complete traffic stoppage on the regional road R442a Hadžići – Bjelašnica on the section from Brezovača to Veliko Polje from 10:15 AM to 2:30 PM, and on Vrelo Bosne Street from its junction with Magistrala Street from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
The temporary traffic stoppage will be carried out by police officers of the 6th Police Station, and the column with event participants will depart from the direction of Hadžići towards Igman – Veliko Polje, the MUP KS announced.
The MUP KS informs citizens that alternative routes to Bjelašnica are: Hadžići – Ilidža – Stup – Vojkovići – regional road R442a – Bjelašnica and vice versa, while towards Igman they can use the regional road R442a to Malo Polje.
They appeal to citizens to follow the instructions they will receive from police officers.
