Mujanović: What HDZ BiH offers is apartheid and segregation, not the Swiss or Belgian model

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Those old enough to remember the early 90s will recall that Switzerland's model was then the "model" for Serbian and Croatian nationalists in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today, the latter have "moved" to the Belgian model. In neither case does it actually mean the Swiss or Belgian models. They mean apartheid and segregation, but are approved by the US and EU, said political scientist and analyst Jasmin Mujanović in a Twitter comment. 

“If you were committed to the Swiss or Belgian style of politics in BiH, you would adopt those moderate, liberal tendencies today. Instead, HDZ's argument is 'if you give us even greater political powers than we have today, we promise to soften our stance tomorrow',” Mujanović pointed out. 

We remind you that another round of talks on the reform of the Election Law and the Constitution of BiH ended without success in Neum today. 

The positions of HDZ BiH and primarily SDA on the other hand, remained at their starting points regarding the BiH Presidency and the powers of the House of Peoples of the FBiH.
