The Ministry of Education of Sarajevo Canton, led by acting Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Muhamed Kozadra, published a tender this morning for filling positions at the Third Elementary School in Sarajevo, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP). There would be nothing controversial about this if the tender had not already closed four days ago!?
Namely, the Ministry of Education of Sarajevo Canton today posted a link on its website to the aforementioned tender, which is supposed to hire several employees, but the tender itself states that it was published in newspapers on August 16 and that the application deadline expired on August 23 this year.
This, without any doubt, indicates that behind this tender, as well as behind most others, lie shady dealings and already predetermined positions for party favorites or relatives of officials. By publishing an expired tender, thousands of young and qualified unemployed individuals from Sarajevo Canton have been directly harmed, as the ministry's official website is their only official source of information, reports NAP.
