Muamer Zukić: Working group without Bosniaks from the House of Peoples plans to elect FUP and FTV management

(Patria) - The working group of the Election and Appointment Commission, which, among other things, dealt with the proposal of members of the Management Board of the Public Service of the Federation of BiH, instead of the legally prescribed six members from both houses of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH - consists of five members.

The missing member is a representative from the Bosniak Club. This incomplete working group will soon decide on the management of the important institution of the Federal Police Administration.

Otherwise, the chairman of this club in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, Muamer Zukić, announced on our program that he will send a request today stating that the working group cannot convene without a representative from the Bosniak Club. Zukić emphasizes that until the legal procedures are fulfilled and until the representative of the Bosniak Club becomes a member of the working group, it cannot convene.

"When it comes to certain appointments, it seems to be easier, especially in cases where Bosniaks are excluded. Namely, we have a working group that deals with the election of the Management Board, but currently, there is no representative from the Bosniak Club in that working group. The representative resigned due to earlier disagreements, the reasons for which have surpassed the limits of any sense and taste, not to mention the processes and procedures. Currently, we do not have a representative from the Bosniak Club, and we will send a letter today, and perhaps organize a press conference, maybe today or tomorrow.

We will request that the working group cannot convene or discuss this or any other issue until a representative of the Bosniak Club is part of its composition. Currently, we have representatives from the Serb Club and the Croat Club, but the representative from the Bosniak Club is not present. We will request that this be urgently regulated, and that the working group does not convene or make decisions until the situation is brought to a conclusion," Zukić stated.
