Mostar Majorettes to Travel to Nice for One of the World's Biggest Carnivals

The Mostar Majorettes will be staying at one of the world's biggest carnivals in Nice, France, from February 26 to March 2, 2015, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

With this attractive trip, the Mostar Majorettes will kick off this year's season of their European tours, and the entire year will be full of travel to numerous destinations for the majorettes. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the Mostar Majorettes.

Incidentally, this carnival in Nice has been celebrated since 1294 and is visited by more than a million people from all over the world every year, with around 600,000 spectators at each performance.

Around 1,000 musicians and dancers from all over the world will participate in the programs held both during the day and in the evening.

The main performances will take place in the unique ambiance of the Promenade des Anglais - the main street in Nice - and will conclude in the central square of Nice - Massena. The Mostar Majorettes will be the first performers from Bosnia and Herzegovina at this prestigious carnival.

The senior team, led by Anja Puhalo, will travel to Nice, accompanied by an orchestra from Zenica, with whom they are collaborating for the first time.
