Moore and Inzko express condolences over miners' deaths

Head of the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Jonathan Moore, today expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the miners who died in Zenica, reports the Patria News Agency.

- I am deeply saddened by the news of this accident. It is an irreplaceable loss for the families and their friends, with whom I sympathize at this moment, as well as for the local community - Moore said.

High Representative Valentin Inzko also expresses his deepest condolences to the families, friends, and the entire collective of the Raspotočje Brown Coal Mine due to the tragic death of five miners.

- My thoughts and prayers, as well as those of all people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, are with the families and friends of the deceased miners, who tragically died doing the hardest possible job, in the most dangerous circumstances, for the general good and benefit of society. To the families of the tragically deceased miners who are now going through the hardest moments, we want to say that we are with them in their grief and share their pain. I hope that the Almighty will make their days of sorrow easier' - said High Representative Valentin Inzko.
