Many battles have been lost, but the fight for BiH is yet to come!

Bosnia and Herzegovina is in the deepest crisis in its recent history, it was announced today by the Association of Citizens "Friends of BiH", signed by a group of BiH intellectuals and prominent figures. The Association states that this crisis has literally touched every citizen of BiH, and has bypassed a small number of those who have tied their existence to political parties and their governing structures.

- The chaotic situation in the country is evident on every level and in every aspect: from the constitutional order to the economy and public morality. Besides "domestic reasons" (irresponsibility and incompetence of political elites), the international community can also be blamed - with abundant strong arguments - as an accomplice to the situation in the country, it was stated.

The state and society, as emphasized in the statement, are losing importance at a dizzying pace, and no one has asked the citizens anything for a long time.

- We are witnessing, therefore, the complete bankruptcy of the political system. All that remains is for them to impose a "bankruptcy administrator" on us, and for the creditors to collect the damages, so that we all have to start over again, robbed for who knows how many times. Will we allow them to do that? Perhaps many battles have been lost in this regard, however, we believe that the fight for Bosnia and Herzegovina is yet to come - the proclamation of this Association states.

The Association of Citizens "Friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina" wants to help to urgently change this absurd situation and this upside-down state.

- We will act publicly and together with all friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Only the best, most capable, most expert in their fields - MERITORIOUS individuals can lead us out of the crisis we entered the 21st century with. We remind you, someone already said: if democracy is something good, then meritocracy is certainly something much better! We call on all citizens, workers, directors, administration, artists and intellectuals, to each do their job as best they can, because there is no other way. A special motivation for all of us should be the employment of all those who are not fortunate enough to have a job - it was stated.
