Young people no longer want issues in BiH to be swept 'under the rug'

Young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina are committed to the development and prosperity of our country, and through activism, they are solving various problems that our society is struggling with, and one of the proofs of this claim is precisely the positive story brought to us by an informal group of young people from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As part of the program implemented by the activist group Citizens Against Terrorism (CAT BiH), with the support of the NATO alliance in BiH, a group of young people has launched the online campaign "Under the rug," which will focus on social networks over the next month on key challenges facing our society, which are being "swept under the rug."

Media, information and political literacy, cyber security, the fight against chauvinism and nationalism, and many other topics will be highlighted through online communication with the citizens of our country and emphasized as an important element of the development of our community.

One of the content creators of this campaign, Enes Pašić, emphasized in the presentation of this project that media literacy is the key moment in the process of creating a healthy political culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As he stressed, media literacy is the basis for the development and enhancement of the critical awareness of Bosnian society, which faces truly complex political and social challenges day by day.
