An indictment for war crimes in the area of Ključ has been filed against two individuals. The suspects are accused of committing the murder of a total of 6 victims of Bosniak nationality in the villages of Kamičak and Krasulje in the Ključ area in 1992, writes Patria.
The prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes has filed an indictment against: Mlađen Kovačević, born in 1955 in Ključ, and Boško Dević, born in 1947 in Šipovo.
The suspects are accused of committing war crimes against victims of Bosniak nationality as members of the VRS during the war and armed conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
They are accused of participating in the murder of a total of 6 victims of Bosniak nationality, men who were previously forcibly taken from their homes at gunpoint, in the villages of Krasulje and Kamičak in the municipality of Ključ in August 1992, along with other individuals.
Kovačević Mlađen is accused of participating in the murder of 6 victims in the villages of Kamičak and Krasulje, and Dević Boško of participating in the murder of 4 victims in the village of Kamičak.
The accused are charged with the criminal offense of crimes against humanity. The indictment will be forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
