Patchy icy roads, fog reduces visibility

In most of BiH this morning, traffic is without extraordinary restrictions, with lower vehicle frequency. In western, northwestern, and some southwestern Bosnia, we warn of compacted snow on the roads, it was announced from BIHAMK, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

- Patchy icy roads are also present on other sections in higher mountain areas, over bridges, overpasses, and at tunnel entrances. Fog reduces visibility on the Kupres-Šuica section, as well as in the area of Mrkonjić Grad and Skender Vakuf.

Road crews are on the ground and intervening on all sections where necessary, and we appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution and to adjust their driving to the current conditions and road conditions. We note that winter equipment is mandatory.

At border crossings, delays are short-term.
