Miroslav Škoro calls for volunteers to join him

ZAGREB, (Patria) - Candidate in the Croatian presidential elections, Miroslav Škoro, has called for volunteers who want change in the country to join him.

"Croatia needs change to realize its potential and for its people to live with dignity as they deserve. The corrupt political elite, for whom the country serves solely as an ATM, cannot bring about these changes. The people who are the problem cannot be the solution. The solution lies with professional and honest patriots who, each in their own field, can do good for their homeland and people," stated Škoro's pre-election team.
 
"Miroslav Škoro is gathering exactly such people around him. You too can join us by volunteering in Miroslav Škoro's presidential campaign! Be a bearer of change in your Homeland too," is the message received by users of the Facebook social network.

The seventh Croatian presidential elections will be held between December 20 and mid-January 2020. Nova TV Dnevnik reported that the elections will most likely be held on December 22. This will be followed by a second round of presidential elections, after which the fifth president of Croatia since its independence in 1990 will be known.

More than ten candidates have been mentioned so far who will compete for the presidency of Croatia.

The current president, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, has not yet officially confirmed her candidacy, but on Homeland Thanksgiving Day, she hinted that we will be 'watching her for another five years'. Singer Miroslav Škoro, as well as former SDP leader and former Prime Minister of Croatia Zoran Milanović, have long announced their candidacies.

Mislav Kolakušić, Ivan Pernar, Katarina Peović, Tomislav Panenić, Dalija Orešković, Dejan Kovač, Vlaho Orepić, Antun Babić, and Goran Jurišić have also confirmed their candidacies.
