Miroslav Brčkalo: Dodik's letter to Ban Ki-moon indicates his surrender

The fact that Milorad Dodik wrote to Ban Ki-moon indicates his withdrawal and surrender – said PDP MP in the RS National Assembly Miroslav Brčkalo for the Bosnian news agency Patria.

President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik sent a letter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) Ban Ki-moon, in which he said that the referendum on the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH – which Dodik announced by the end of the year – does not make any decision, but rather the citizens of RS express their opinion.

Dodik also stated in the letter that he strongly opposes the special report in which High Representative Valentin Inzko concludes that the RS is violating the Dayton Peace Agreement.

- This sentence clearly indicates Dodik's withdrawal and surrender – said Brčkalo. He added that the referendum would cost the RS dearly because it would require allocating huge financial resources from taxpayers. Dodik, Brčkalo continues, constantly talked about the referendum, although even he has no answer to the question - what happens the day after the referendum, writes Patria.
