Mioković has nothing against returning to the benches, but he is bothered by HDZ unconstitutionally taking over both houses of PFBiH

(Patria) - Speaker of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament Dragan Mioković expects to be removed from this position, and he paid special attention to SDA and DF as opposition parties whose representatives are key to this removal.

Mioković's removal was requested by representatives from HDZ BiH, HDZ 1990, HRS, HSS, HNP due to public statements and overall political activity, leading to a loss of confidence.

Although Mioković, in a theatrical appearance on Face TV, states that the opposition's vote for his removal is their legitimate right, he then claims that this will also mean a new majority (SDA-DF-HDZ), presumably wanting to dissuade the opposition from exercising their right.

The desperate struggle for positions is shown by the warning that with his removal, the House of Representatives will certainly be led by Mladen Bošković from HDZ, and not Azra Okić from SDP. And with that, as Mioković states, HDZ would unconstitutionally take over both houses of the FBiH Parliament, given that the Speaker of the House of Peoples is Tomislav Martinović.

He noted that the Our Party caucus submitted a request for the removal of Mladen Bošković, but that this removal will not be on the agenda of the two-day session next week, only Mioković's. Given that Bošković heads the Election and Appointment Committee, it is questionable when he will put his removal on the agenda.

Mioković also had something to say to Dragan Čović, president of HDZ BiH, reminding him that two hours after the verdict for the Joint Criminal Enterprise in The Hague, he said he did not recognize that verdict. He also reminded that Čović posed with a smile with the executioner from Ahmići (Dario Kordić, op.a.), and that Thompson's concert in Široki Brijeg is not patriotism. However, in that case, Mioković failed to mention constitutional judge Marin Vukoja, for whom Mioković and Our Party voted with both hands on HDZ's orders. At that time, the coalition was flourishing and everything was in order.

Mioković directs his anger towards SDA and DF, and when Our Party initiated the removal of SNSD officials in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, it did not condemn the vote of SDA and DF who supported the removal of Nebojša Radmanović. That position was vacant for over a month, but the Parliament did not collapse. Thus, the FBiH Parliament will not collapse without Mioković in the Speaker's chair. And sometimes returning to the benches and looking from the other side is not bad. Perhaps he will also see his own mistakes.
