Minister Nikolić tests positive for coronavirus

(Patria) - Minister of Science, Higher Education and Youth of Sarajevo Canton Aleksandra Nikolić has tested positive for coronavirus, which is why she is in isolation. She has mild symptoms and her health condition is satisfactory.

Therefore, Minister Nikolić must postpone previously planned obligations in the Government of Sarajevo Canton for the next period.

Due to the newly emerged epidemiological situation, let us remind you, the KS Government yesterday, at the proposal of the Crisis Staff of the KS Ministry of Health for monitoring and analyzing the situation caused by the coronavirus, adopted a conclusion on mandatory vaccination with the third so-called booster dose of the Covid-19 vaccine for the elderly and caregivers in social institutions for the care of the elderly, as well as the population over 60 years of age, and persons with associated comorbidities in Sarajevo Canton.

On this occasion, the KS Government calls on citizens to get vaccinated, and to continue to respect all prescribed hygiene and epidemiological measures.
