For more than a month, the Ministry of Defense of BiH has been unable to determine whether a certain Slaviša Božić from Doboj, who posts nationalistic messages on social media, is a member of the Armed Forces of BiH, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
On his Facebook profile, Božić, commenting on the genocide in Srebrenica, wrote offensive messages directed at Bosniaks. He stated: “Balije, that’s how you committed it in Kravica in ‘92, so it was returned with interest”.
Božić posted a picture of himself in the uniform of the Armed Forces of BiH on his private Facebook profile. His acquaintances also claim that he works in the AF BiH.
The news agency Patria sent a letter to the Ministry of Defense of BiH asking whether a certain Božić is indeed a member of the AF BiH, and what the ministry plans to do after the incident, but the ministry has remained silent on the entire case for over a month.
In a phone response on June 6, spokesperson Uma Sinanović only explained that there are many employees in the AF BiH, and it is difficult to verify if a person is a member of the AF BiH!?
