(Patria) - Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Zenica-Doboj Canton (ZDK) Mirza Mušija received a delegation from the Taekwondo Club "Nur" from Kakanj, which has been successfully promoting sport, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle among young people for over two decades.
The club "Nur", founded in 2004, currently has over 200 members of all ages and boasts a rich collection of medals and trophies from national, Balkan, and European competitions.
The club takes particular pride in its national team members who represent Bosnia and Herzegovina with distinction on international stages.
Minister Mušija particularly congratulated Adna Berbić, a club member and student at the Medical School in Zenica, on her exceptional achievements – winning European medals, the Balkan title, and her upcoming participation in the European Championship in Switzerland.
He expressed full support for the club's work, its coaches, and all young athletes who represent ZDK and their homeland in the best possible light through their efforts and successes.
- Sport is more than competition – it is a school of character, perseverance, and unity. We are proud of our young champions whose results inspire others – stated Minister Mušija.
