Minister Mijatović Approves 60,000 KM for NiP Businessmen, Konaković's Friend from Sky Mahir Hodžić Receives 20,000 KM

Do you remember "Father-in-law" from the Sky application? He is that NiP businessman who mediated between members of the drug cartel of Edin Gačanin Tito and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković.

Well, precisely this "Father-in-law", or rather his private company, received 20 thousand marks from the Sarajevo Canton budget for co-financing the organization of the conference and exhibition event "Adria Security Summit 2024". The decision to allocate budget funds to the company of Mahir Hodžić, better known as "Father-in-law" from Sky, was made by the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton, headed by Zlatko Mijatović. And Mijatović, to avoid any dilemmas, is a NiP cadre. Which, in short, means - a NiP minister allocated 20 thousand budget marks to a company founded by a NiP businessman who is close to the president of NiP, as well as to members of the Tito and Dino drug cartel.

Those who doubt the claims should read the Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton, number 5/25, from February 6th of this year. Here is what it says:

"The Government of Sarajevo Canton, at its 56th session, held on December 26, 2024, adopted the DECISION ON ACCEPTING THE REQUEST OF GLOBAL SECURITY D.O.O. AND GRANTING CONSENT TO THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMY OF SARAJEVO CANTON FOR CO-FINANCING THE ORGANIZATION OF THE CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION EVENT 'ADRIA SECURITY SUMMIT 2024'. The request of Global Security d.o.o. is accepted, and consent is granted to the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton for co-financing the organization of the conference and exhibition event 'Adria Security Summit 2024', in the amount of up to 20,000.00 KM (in words: twenty thousand and 00/100 convertible marks). The Minister of Economy of Sarajevo Canton is authorized to conclude an Agreement on co-financing the organization of the conference and exhibition event from Article 1 of this decision, as a project of significance for Sarajevo Canton, with Global Security d.o.o. Sarajevo".



Thus, the company Global Security d.o.o., founded by NiP cadre and Konaković's friend Mahir Hodžić, sent a request that was accepted by the Minister of Economy, NiP cadre Zlatko Mijatović. And so, Hodžić's conference will be financed from the Sarajevo Canton budget with 20 thousand marks.



And now, let's briefly recall who Mahir Hodžić is. The following statements are based on Sky correspondence and the EUROPOL report.

"Basically, the president wants it and there are no problems. Alone or with diplomacy, no problem," read a Sky message received by Dženis Kadrić, the right-hand man of drug boss Edin Gačanin Tito, on December 23, 2020.

It was one of a series of messages Kadrić received between 10:07 PM and 10:10 PM.

"Father-in-law tells me," read the previous message sent to Dženis Kadrić, "that the two of them are going with their wives".

"As for what you mentioned," continues Dženis's interlocutor, "let the president decide if he needs to or not".

Dženis Kadrić was a companion of Edin Gačanin Tito for years. His interlocutor is his brother. Father-in-law is Mahir Hodžić. And the president is Elmedin Konaković.



So, Dženis Kadrić's brother, who is related to Mahir Hodžić, a cadre of People and Justice in Novi Grad, sends a message to Tito's companion stating - "the president wants it".

"We are honing our form for the upcoming fights. As a team. Mahir Hodžić, Edo Okerić, Nermin Muzur, People and Justice," Elmedin Konaković would write five months later on his Facebook profile, posting a photo in which he poses with his NiP colleagues in a gym.



That is, therefore, Mahir Hodžić - "Father-in-law", who, according to Sky correspondence from Dženis Kadrić's phone, said it would be best for "the president" and him to come to Dubai "with their wives".

Now Mahir Hodžić has also received 20 thousand marks from the KS budget. But he is not the only businessman close to NiP to receive "incentives".

Hako Duljević is a businessman originally from Sandžak. He was a close friend of the late mufti Muamer Zukorlić. Duljević is the owner of the construction company Duljević, which is involved in the construction of the Crni Vrh complex in Sarajevo, among other things. Hako Duljević is also the founder of the Duljević Foundation. This Foundation has been approved 40 thousand marks from the Sarajevo Canton budget.

"The Government of Sarajevo Canton, at its 56th session, held on December 26, 2024, adopted the DECISION ON ACCEPTING THE REQUEST OF THE DULJEVIĆ FOUNDATION AND GRANTING CONSENT TO THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMY OF SARAJEVO CANTON FOR CO-FINANCING THE PROJECT 'PROSPECTS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION'. The request of the Duljević Foundation is accepted, and consent is granted to the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton for co-financing the project 'Prospects of economic development and cross-border cooperation', in the amount of up to 40,000.00 KM (in words: forty thousand and 00/100 convertible marks)", the Decision published in the Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton states.



NiP Minister Zlatko Mijatović once again heeded the request of a businessman close to NiP. Here is news from 2022, published on the portal sandžakpress.net.

"As part of his visit to Sandžak, the delegation of Sarajevo Canton, led by the president of People and Justice, Elmedin Konaković, visited the Party of Justice and Reconciliation. The guests from Sarajevo were welcomed at the party premises by the president of SPP, Usame Zukorlić, vice-president of the party dr. Jahja Fehratović, general secretary Edin Đerlek, and president of the Municipal Assembly of Sjenica dr. Rejhan Kurtović. The delegation of Sarajevo Canton, in addition to Mr. Konaković, also included Elvedin Okerić - Speaker of the Assembly of Sarajevo Canton, Samir Avdić - Minister of Culture and Sport of Sarajevo Canton, and Hako Duljević - Vice-President of BNF", reads the news published on March 10, 2022.

Thus, Hako Duljević, founder of the Duljević Foundation, was part of the NiP delegation that visited Novi Pazar.

And that is not the only connection. Hako Duljević publicly supported a member of his family, Haris Duljević, in his race for municipal councilor in Novi Grad Sarajevo last year.



Of course, Haris Duljević was on the list of the People and Justice party, whose president is Elmedin Konaković.



So, at the end of December alone, the Government of Sarajevo Canton, at the proposal of NiP Minister Zlatko Mijatović, approved 60 thousand marks of budget funds to businessmen close to NiP.
