After 32 hours of implementing the odd-even measure in Sarajevo Canton, the Operational Staff of the Government decided today to lift it, Patria reports.
As explained by the Minister of Spatial Planning of Sarajevo Canton, Ćedomir Lukić, the Operational Staff, encouraged by the forecast of tomorrow's weather change that could contribute to improving the air pollution situation, decided to lift the measure.
"Taking into account the weather forecast with an announcement of a change in a positive sense, we opted to make a decision by which we ended the alert episode and declared a warning episode," Lukić said.
