Minister Kalamujić questioned at Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office

(Patria) - Minister of Finance of Sarajevo Canton Afan Kalamujić (ZNG) was brought to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office where he is being questioned by acting prosecutors. As later announced, he was questioned as a witness.

The Sarajevo Canton Police Administration continued searches today in the Sarajevo Canton Government, certain ministries, and the Sarajevo Canton Employment Service, as part of the investigation in the "Koverta" case. Amina Džonlagić, a ZNG cadre, heads the Employment Service, and the chairman of the Management Board is the previously arrested Ibrahim Obhođaš from ZNG.

In May of this year, by order of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office and based on the order of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, investigators from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton (MUP KS) entered the premises of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Finance, from where documentation related to suspicions of illegal employment was seized.

As confirmed at the time by the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, this is a new case that is not related to the earlier investigation known as "Koverta", while the searches ongoing this week are part of the investigation in the Koverta case.
