(Patria) - Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić said that he returned the mandate to the acting President of RS Ana Trišić-Babić, but that he was informed by Trišić-Babić that he would be re-nominated as PM.
He stated that there will be certain changes within the RS Government itself.
He emphasized that he will not allow Republika Srpska to be in a legal vacuum.
"We are providing an institutional response to those who are darkening and creating a crisis and uncertainty. We will finish this in record time and once again show political, not just political responsibility, which no one in the region can deliver," Minić stated.
He said that someone does not want to cooperate with the RS Government, stating that the Government is not legal and is exerting pressure on certain decisions, alluding to the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH. The Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Nermin Nikšić refused cooperation with the RS Government until the Constitutional Court of BiH decides whether the RS Government is legal.
"Citizens of RS, there is no reason for concern, benefits, payments, salaries, everything we agreed upon will not be in question," Minić said.
