Minić: We have no one to talk to at the BiH level, FBiH will be our partner

(Patria) - Milorad Dodik, whose mandate as president of RS was revoked, held a press conference today in Banja Luka where he unofficially proposed Savo Minić as the candidate for the formation of the RS Government.

In his address, he continued to use the mandate that was revoked from him, telling the "future prime minister" that the European Union is no longer the goal of RS.

- I proposed Savo Minić, the current minister in the RS Government. A man with the highest academic education - said Dodik.

According to him, the new RS Government will be a government of concentration around several important issues, reminding that the opposition refused to be part of the government of national unity.

He also stated that he will ask the "future prime minister" to increase the minimum wage from 900 KM for people with secondary education to 1,100 KM from the New Year, and for those with higher education from 1,200 KM to 1,400 KM.

He emphasized that it is "important to mobilize the money supply that RS has at a low level, and the reason for this is that RS does not manage the Central Bank, but also the slowness of the administration at all levels, including abuse when it comes to slowing down investments".

He also stated that the plan is to end the next year with a GDP of 20 billion KM, which will enable higher salaries and pensions.

- I expect the new Government to ensure GDP growth of 3.5 percent - emphasizes Dodik.

He also stressed that he expects the new Minister of Education and Culture to immediately resolve the issue of extended stay for children from the 1st to 3rd grade of primary school.

- We ask the Government to introduce a restrictive policy for the employment of migrants. EU economies are broken because they accepted migrants into the employment system who come with the offer of cheap labor, that cannot be our goal - added Dodik.

In his address, Minić said that he is proud and aware of the responsibility, "but also grateful to the president of RS, Milorad Dodik," who proposed him as the candidate for the formation of the new Government.

- I will not go into detail, but everyone knows that I do not hesitate and everything I set before myself as a task will be done.

We have an obligation to RS in every sense and its citizens to do what the president outlined as part of the strategy - said Minić.

He stated that he plans a line on two fronts.

- RS is sacred and we will protect it. The Federation of BiH will be our partner for negotiations, because at the BiH level there is no one with whom we can realistically talk - said Minić, adding that after the formation of the Government, he will announce all the details to the public.
