Milorad Dodik filed a criminal complaint with the RS Prosecutor's Office against prosecutor Ćosić who filed an indictment against him!

(Patria) - Milorad Dodik today filed a criminal complaint with the Special Department of the RS Public Prosecutor's Office for the Suppression of Corruption, Organized and the Most Serious Forms of Economic Crime in Banja Luka against Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office Nedim Ćosić.

"I filed the criminal complaint because Nedim Ćosić filed an indictment for, as stated, the criminal offense of non-enforcement of decisions of the High Representative. He, as an official of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, with the intention of harming the institution of the President of the Republika Srpska, which I represent, and Miloš Lukić, acting director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, made an illegal decision, thereby committing the criminal offense of violation of the law from Article 346 and abuse of official position or authority from Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska," Milorad Dodik stated on Twitter.
