Milorad Dodik mows, the Trojka carries water

(Patria) - The president of the Republika Srpska entity, Milorad Dodik, after a press conference in Banja Luka, decided to mow an overgrown meadow next to the Banja Luka bypass.

"I have already intervened with the authorities to ensure this area is tidy, clean, and mowed. Since I believe they are resting comfortably, I decided to mow it all myself! This is the last time I will do their job," Dodik said on Twitter along with a video.

Many interpreted Dodik's act symbolically, relating it to the folk saying 'Let it be known who mows and who carries water'.

Given that he is scheduled to meet with representatives of the Trojka parties tomorrow, many interpreted the saying as 'Dodik mows, the Trojka carries water'.
