Milkos wins two gold and two silver medals for product quality at the Gradačac Fair

Sarajevo dairy Milkos participated in the 43rd International Fair of Agriculture and Food Industry in Gradačac. At the fair, on a specially arranged stand, the complete production portfolio of Milkos was presented, including dairy products and natural water Ella and juices, reports the Patria agency.

The goal was to make a retrospective of the past year and to present to the fair visitors, in addition to existing ones, new and unique dairy products of the Sarajevo dairy Milkos. As the only large dairy in domestic ownership, Milkos constantly works on expanding its assortment and offers on the market of BiH, the region and the EU products that no dairy in BiH produces and which are imported.

Fair visitors have the opportunity to taste white soft cheese of the feta type, which is now called Royal. The young cheese is produced according to an original recipe. The cheeses are gluten-free and have a high content of high-quality proteins. Unique and original Ayran Premium, whose recipe is adapted to our climate and is without competition in terms of originality and quality, and alongside it, as a new product, Ayran Classic was presented, made according to the original Turkish recipe.

Milkos also offers Greek yogurt called Cremos, the only one of this type produced in BiH with a high protein content and low fat content as an ideal addition to the diet of athletes and people who, due to constant obligations, do not have a regular meal. Along with the line of cheeses and yogurt, sour cream with vegetable fat and low cholesterol content, as well as tasty creamy cream for cottage cheese, were also presented. The last product that has just come off the production lines and premiered at the fair in Gradačac is cooking cream.

At the Fair, Milkos received a gold medal from the quality assessment commission for Ayran and Royal white soft cheese. In the water competition, Milkos was awarded a silver medal in the category of natural spring waters for Ella water, as well as a silver medal for Ella iced tea based on natural spring water Ella.

In the coming period, Milkos will offer the market new, innovative and original products that are the result of quality work by the dairy's development team and which will represent a major novelty on the BiH market.

Milkos's stand was also visited by former Croatian president Stjepan Mesić, as well as Prime Minister of Tuzla Canton Bego Gutić and Minister of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of the Federation of BiH Šemsudin Dedić.
