Miličević: Dodik created lists of Serbs to be sanctioned

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The President of the Main Board of SDS, Milan Miličević, believes that Serbian unity was not broken now, but during the time when Milorad Dodik actively participated in the dismissals of Serbs carried out by former High Representative Paddy Ashdown.

- Unity was broken when Ashdown dismissed people from SDS from high political positions and at the moment when Nikola Poplašen was dismissed from the position of President of Republika Srpska. Milorad Dodik actively participated in this. It is even considered that he participated in creating lists of people to be sanctioned," said Miličević.

He believes that the big stories Dodik is telling now are mostly related to the elections and the protection of his personal wealth, and have nothing to do with the interests of Republika Srpska. In his opinion, Dodik is undermining Republika Srpska from within with his policies, with the huge economic crisis, the huge level of corruption and crime that has been happening for the last 15 years under the auspices of SNSD.

- In the absence of solutions to economic issues, politicians from the ruling parties of all three nations in BiH, one year before the general elections, are mostly raising old political issues and diverting attention from a large number of scandals such as COVID scandals, the non-existent economic status, broken pension and health insurance funds, and ever-increasing price hikes, states Miličević.
