Mijatović: While I was his advisor, Špirić met with Čaušević, how did he disappear from the indictment?

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Kemal Čaušević was sentenced to 9 years in prison after a multi-year trial, it is interesting that many big names disappeared from that indictment, wrote the vice-president of SDP BiH Vojin Mijatović last night.

"It is particularly interesting where Nikola Špirić disappeared from the indictment. Precisely during the period when I was Špirić's advisor, Špirić's friendly and business meetings with Čaušević were very frequent. Three questions for the BiH Prosecutor's Office: - How did Špirić disappear from this indictment when it is known, and Čaušević himself publicly stated that Špirić intervened with him many times for various matters in the UIO? - Where did the Sugar affair disappear to, in which Špirić plays a leading role? - Where did the Audi Q7 affair disappear to, and witnesses in the case confirmed that a crime occurred?", Mijatović asked.

He added that the Prosecutor's Office and SIPA should check the customs terminals that are leased to the UIO from Gradiška to Bijeljina, to see if by chance one of several is leased from Špirić or someone very closely connected to him?

"Note, I am not talking about anything off the top of my head, but here are a few questions and help, and now gentlemen from SIPA and the BiH Prosecutor's Office, GET TO WORK, as Vukan would say, we are paying you!!!", Mijatović concluded.
