Mijatović: Džena's death is proof that there is no accountability for human lives in BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Vojin Mijatović, vice-president of the SDP of BiH, spoke this morning following the news of the death of little girl Džena from Kakanj.

- Not a week goes by in our country without us being greeted by such news. A two-year-old girl from Kakanj, little Džena, has passed away. A country where the healthcare system is in chaos, a country where there is no accountability for human lives.

This little angel is not to blame; we are all to blame who have remained silent for years and glossed over such things, and they keep piling up! If you have any shame, all of you in politics, ask yourselves at least a little about the fate of this angel!

- Can we, for just 7 days, set aside your millions, your national interests, your wars, and stop the chaos in healthcare based on the case of this angel? Deepest condolences to Džena's parents, and all of us who decide something, do we have the shame to change things at least for our children – Mijatović stated.
