Migrants and BiH property in neighbouring countries in focus of the Council of Ministers

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Information on the situation in the field of migration in Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the increased influx of migrants into Bosnia and Herzegovina is an item on the agenda of the Council of Ministers meeting to be held on Monday, June 18. The proposer is the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Incidentally, such discussions regarding migrants, who are increasingly present in Bosnia and Herzegovina, have been ongoing continuously.

Additionally, the ministers will also consider the Information on activities related to the protection of property and rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Republic of Croatia, proposed by the Negotiating Team for the Implementation of the Agreement on Succession Issues.

The Information regarding the resolution of property-legal relations on state-owned real estate and the Information on cases handled and being handled by the Attorney's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in legal matters concerning the protection of property and rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Republic of Croatia were prepared by the Attorney's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Among other things, the ministers will also discuss the Draft Financing Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Commission amending the Financing Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Commission relating to the "IPA Adriatic Cross-Border Cooperation Programme" under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (shared management) with the Basis for concluding the said agreement.
