(Patria) - Mevludin Bektić was unanimously elected president of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of BiH today. Bektić was, incidentally, the only candidate for president at the Congress, which was held in the building of 'Elektroprivreda BiH'.
114 delegates were present at today's meeting, which constitutes more than two-thirds of the delegates necessary for full decision-making.
The present delegates unanimously adopted the Statute of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of BiH. Among other things, the nomination committee, the election committee, and the conclusions committee were unanimously elected.
