Meteorologists deny claims by some media: Bosnia and Herzegovina is not threatened by any storm from Austria

A total of 24 hydrometeorological stations across Austria recorded wind speeds above 100 kilometers per hour, causing trees to fall, local media reported, according to the BiH news agency Patria.

Media in Bosnia and Herzegovina reported today that a strong storm is now heading towards the Balkans and will also affect Bosnia and Herzegovina. The storm was named "Gonzalo".

However, the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of BiH, in its weather forecast for the next four days, does not predict strong winds that could have consequences in our country.

For Thursday, meteorologists in BiH expect cloudy weather with rain, and in higher areas with sleet and snow. More intense precipitation is expected towards the end of the day and in the evening.
