Mešalić: The Trojka and HDZ cannot change the Rules of Procedure by law, Bošković's presidency is a mini-coup

(Patria) - The Trojka has finally revealed themselves. They have handed over the leadership of the House of Representatives of the FBiH entity to the Croatian Democratic Union, says Mahir Mešalić in a statement for Politicki.ba.

The President of the DF Caucus and a member of the party's Presidency, referring to the work of the current session of the Federal Parliament, says that the Trojka - HDZ BiH coalition is trying to change the Rules of Procedure.

"They cannot do that without the Legislative-Legal Commission. If they do, they will violate the Constitution of FBiH.

They can try something by force, and we are witnessing a kind of 'mini-coup' in the work of the Parliament.

But, by law, they cannot change the Rules of Procedure," he said.

The current session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH entity is presided over by HDZ's Mladen Bošković.

Although the session should be led by Edina Gabela, who is also a presiding member, the Trojka opted to cede the position of presiding member of today's session to HDZ BiH.

"We will see how they behave. It is indicative that Bošković is leading the session for the first time. And the Trojka has completely revealed themselves. They have handed over the leadership of the parliament to the HDZ. And the HDZ has finally stopped hiding behind the Trojka. Now everything is open, and Bošković is behaving like a mini-High Representative for the Trojka," said Mešalić.
