Mešalić on Nikšić lowering his head: Dodik curses genocide to his face, and Čović insults Komšić in front of him

(Patria) - Federal MP Mahir Mešalić (DF) critically commented on the meeting of parties forming the state-level coalition (HDZ BiH, SNSD, and Trojka), held today in Mostar.

Mešalić was particularly bothered by the fact that the leader of HDZ BiH and host of today's meeting, Dragan Čović, in front of the eyes of the president of SDP BiH, Nermin Nikšić, "in a chauvinistic manner insulted the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Željko Komšić, calling him the 'Bosniak member'."

"He also attacked the fight for a civic BiH in front of the SDP president, while he (Nikšić) listened and instead of a strong reaction, just lowered his head. All of this was recorded by cameras.

Let us remind you, after the last meeting in Jablanica, the third one (Dodik) cursed genocide to his face. So I ask myself, is there any SDP official who demands accountability from Nikšić, is it normal for you, with an SDP membership card, to tolerate this humiliation of BiH and the institutions of BiH in which you sit?

Where are you, SDP officials Bećirović, Magazinović, Helez, Čengić, Jasmina Imamović, Mašić, Vojin Mijatović, Benjamin Karić, Stojanović, and all others who declaratively advocate for a civic state, to react and at the very least express your stance that this behavior of your SDP president and imposed FBiH Prime Minister is not normal.

Do you all have to remain silent? I ask you as someone who, before the elections on October 2nd, believed that SDP officials would at least always oppose and react to such views and further ethnic divisions.

Čović even criticized President Komšić's speech at the UN about the situation in BiH and the region in front of Nikšić, so I ask you through this message, what is incorrect in his speech?

We must await a public distancing from you SDP officials, so that we know exactly who is following Nikšić's policy of lowering his head and the so-called 'compromise', and who will clearly condemn this silence," Mešalić stated this evening on social media.
