Mektić: We are beating an empty straw, sometimes I hide that I am a member of the HoRBiH

(Patria) - Deputies in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH are having a heated debate about the work and reports of the HJPC BiH for 2017 and 2018. It was pointed out that no one has respected the conclusions made earlier, and that it has not even been constituted.

Dragan Mektić (SDS) was unique in the debate.

SDS MP Mektić said that he believes that the parliamentarians have clearly overestimated themselves because they think they can influence something.

He said that the conclusions of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH can be hung "on some old worn-out cat's tail".

"I hope that part of everything I am saying will reach the media and that people will truly realize who we are and what we are. And we are doing nothing, beating empty straw. I don't feel elevated at all for being a member of the HoRBiH, in fact, I sometimes even hide it. I tell people that I have no idea if it will get better," Mektić said.

In the end, he said that they have a good salary, if nothing else.
