Mehmed Bradarić has support for the position of Prime Minister of the ZDK Government

Representatives of seven parties, who with 21 deputies form the majority in the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, have given their support to the candidate for Prime Minister of the ZDK Government, Mehmed Bradarić, but the representative of SBB presented the position of the SBB Central Committee at the meeting that this party will not be part of any ruling majority in the ZDK.

In practice, this means that SBB will not take any positions in the ministerial cabinet, nor any positions during the second round of talks for possibly some directorial positions.

"With this gesture, SBB has shown that it is not interested in positions, including mine, and in any case, we will make constructive decisions and support decisions for the benefit of the citizens. At this moment, SBB can be considered a constructive opposition, which does not mean that it will not support the Civic Bloc and what is good at some point," Sarajlić said after the meeting, writes Zeda.

SBB will remain in opposition, but will give support to the 'Civic Bloc' which has 18 deputies and forms the parliamentary majority, and will support the election of the ZDK Government if "the right people are elected to it". The current majority in the ZDK consists of representatives of SDP, Democratic Front, Our Party, NB, A-SDA, Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and one independent deputy.

According to the Speaker of the ZDK Assembly, Ismet Sarajlić, the mandate holder for the ZDK Government, Mehmed Bradarić, has the support of SBB and is an honest man.

An agreement on the distribution of ministerial positions has not been reached yet, given that SBB has withdrawn from ministerial positions, and it has not yet been agreed whether the number of ministers will increase, given that the formation of a new Ministry of Culture and Sports is being sought.
